PCBA

One clear assembly brief.

Understand the handover from parts and design data to an agreed assembly plan. Review the company-provided SMT capability summary below alongside the common service scopes. Other process details and project-specific requirements need engineering confirmation.

01

Component sourcing

Define whether components are purchased by the manufacturer, supplied by the customer, or split between both. Provide full part numbers, approved alternatives and the required traceability. Shortages, substitutions and purchasing responsibility should be resolved before procurement. Supplier network, procurement services and sourcing controls: Pending confirmation / 待确认

02

SMT assembly

Surface-mount assembly places components on board pads and joins them using an agreed soldering process. Share the populated sides, placement data, paste information and any package-specific handling needs. See the SMT capability table for company-provided dimensions, printing and placement figures. Additional package support, process controls and equipment details: Pending confirmation / 待确认

03

Through-hole & mixed assembly

Lead-mounted connectors and other through-hole parts may need a different assembly sequence from surface-mount devices. Identify mounting height, mechanical hardware, polarity and any special soldering instructions. Available methods and mixed-assembly workflow: Pending confirmation / 待确认

04

Inspection & testing

Specify checks for part identity, orientation and solder joints. Distinguish visual or automated inspection from electrical and functional tests. A functional test needs a procedure, pass / fail criteria and assigned fixture and software responsibilities. Actual inspection coverage and test services: Pending confirmation / 待确认

05

Customer-supplied boards & parts

If you supply boards or components, list their revision, quantities and packaging condition. Agree handling, shortage allowance, incoming checks and return of unused material. Do not assume a fixed overage or acceptance rule. Actual consignment policy: Pending confirmation / 待确认

06

Release, packaging & delivery

Agree the approved assembly revision, labels, protective packaging, required records and shipment terms. A requested delivery date is an input to planning, not a confirmed promise. Build capacity, production schedule and delivery arrangements: Pending confirmation / 待确认

SMT ASSEMBLY CAPABILITIES

Plan the assembly around your board.

Selected figures from company-provided SMT capability data.

Board size
50 × 50 mm to 500 × 500 mm
Board thickness
0.2–4 mm
Printing accuracy
±0.025 mm
Placement repeatability
±0.01 mm

Capabilities depend on the material, stack-up and process combination. Final feasibility is confirmed after engineering review.
